PRIVACY POLICY

Purpose of Collection
The personal data collection measures of BeauClinics Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Centre") are used to identify, retrieve, and process customer records, enabling the Centre to follow up on customer needs and provide personalized and appropriate services. Additionally, the Centre may use the personal data held to provide medical services to you and for any purposes directly related thereto.

Principle of Collection
To safeguard your privacy rights regarding personal data, the Centre ensures that its policies and practices regarding the collection, use, retention, transfer, and access of personal data comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Laws of Hong Kong.

Method of Collection
Before purchasing treatments or products from the Centre, the Centre will require you to present your original Hong Kong Identity Card / other original identification documents for verification and will record your ID number. If you do not wish to present your original ID document, the Centre reserves the right to refuse to provide any services or products to you.

Collection of Personal Identifiers
You may be required to provide personally identifiable information from time to time, including but not limited to your name, gender, age, identity document number, telephone number, fax number, residential address, email address, etc. Failure to provide such information may render the Centre unable to provide appropriate services to you.

Use of Personal Data for Direct Marketing
Subject to your consent, we will periodically conduct marketing via social media messages, fax, email, mail, telemarketing, and/or other communication channels provided by you for direct marketing purposes. For example, we may periodically send you promotional emails introducing the Centre’s medical services and/or products. We will not use or provide your personal data to third parties without your consent.

Retention of Data
When you conduct business with the Centre, the Centre will maintain all your transaction records for auditing purposes. The Centre’s general policy is to retain such data for a reasonable period.

Disclosure of Data
The Centre strictly complies with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Unless there is explicit and voluntary consent from the data subject, personal data shall only be used (including disclosed or transferred) for the purposes for which the data was originally collected or for purposes directly related thereto.

Access to Personal Data
You may request access to your personal data by writing to the Centre’s Customer Service Manager. The Centre will comply with your request within forty days of receipt, in accordance with Section 19(1) of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Pursuant to Section 20(3a) of the Ordinance, if you refuse to make the access request in a form or in writing, the Centre has the right to refuse your access request. According to Section 28 of the Ordinance, the Centre may charge a reasonable fee to the data requestor. However, if you are accessing the personal data for the purpose of making a genuine correction, the Centre may waive such fees at its discretion.

Correction of Personal Data
You must write to the Centre Manager to request changes to your personal data and provide the correct information to be updated. The Centre will correct your personal data within forty days of receiving your request, in accordance with Section 23 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. There is no charge for correcting personal data.

Security
The personal data you provide to the Centre will be securely stored in the Centre’s customer service system and can only be accessed by authorized personnel.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION STATEMENT
As a customer of BeauClinics Limited, when you try or purchase the Centre’s services and/or products ("the Services"), you may need to provide your personal data ("the Personal Data") to the Centre and associated third-party companies. If the Personal Data provided is incomplete or incorrect, the Centre may be unable to provide or continue to provide the Services to you.

The Centre keeps your Personal Data confidential at all times. The Company’s policies and practices regarding the collection, use, retention, disclosure, transfer, confidentiality, and access of personal data comply with the laws of Hong Kong and are set out in this statement.

Subject to your consent, the Personal Data you provide to the Centre may be used and retained by the Centre for the following purposes and other purposes agreed between you and the Centre or as required by law from time to time:

  1. Providing relevant/related Services;

  2. Promotion by the Centre of goods and/or services related to the Services;

  3. Processing any benefits arising from or related to the Services;

  4. Analyzing, verifying, and/or checking your credit, payment, and/or status in connection with the provision of the Services;

  5. Processing any payment instructions, direct debit arrangements, and/or credit arrangements requested by you;

According to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to:

  1. Ascertain whether the Centre holds any of your personal data;

  2. Access your personal data held by the Centre within a reasonable time;

  3. Access your personal data held by the Centre in a reasonable manner;

  4. Request the Centre to correct any incorrect personal data.

Under the Ordinance, the Centre has the right to charge a reasonable processing fee for data access requests. If you wish to access or correct your personal data, or request a copy of the personal data held by the Centre, please submit a written request to the following address:
